Delivery & Cancellation Policy

This Delivery & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for delivery, rescheduling, and cancellation of corporate pizza catering orders placed with Images Uniform Catering LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Delivery Service Area
We provide corporate pizza catering delivery across the New York City metropolitan area, including:
- Manhattan: All neighborhoods, including Midtown, Downtown, Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Financial District, Chelsea, SoHo, TriBeCa, Harlem, and more
- Brooklyn: Downtown Brooklyn, Williamsburg, DUMBO, Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights, and surrounding areas
- Queens: Long Island City, Astoria, Flushing, Jamaica, and surrounding areas
- The Bronx: South Bronx, Fordham, Riverdale, and surrounding areas
- Staten Island: Select areas (please confirm availability when placing your order)
For deliveries outside NYC, including New Jersey, Long Island, and Westchester County, please contact our catering team for availability and pricing.
2. Delivery Windows
2.1 Standard Delivery
Standard delivery windows are available during our business hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Sunday: Delivery available for pre-scheduled orders only (minimum 48-hour advance notice required)
2.2 Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM EST, subject to availability and order size. Large orders (100+ guests) require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for same-day fulfillment.
2.3 Scheduled Delivery
For the best experience, we recommend scheduling your delivery at least 48–72 hours in advance. This ensures optimal preparation time and guarantees your preferred delivery window.
3. Delivery Fees
- Manhattan (below 96th St): Complimentary delivery on orders over $250
- Manhattan (above 96th St): $15.00 delivery fee (waived on orders over $400)
- Brooklyn & Queens: $20.00 delivery fee (waived on orders over $500)
- The Bronx: $25.00 delivery fee (waived on orders over $500)
- Staten Island: $35.00 delivery fee (waived on orders over $750)
All deliveries include professional setup and presentation by our delivery specialist. Additional setup fees may apply for events requiring special arrangements (e.g., multi-floor delivery, outdoor events, or events requiring extended setup time).
4. Delivery Procedures
Our delivery process is designed to ensure your corporate pizza arrives fresh, hot, and perfectly presented:
- All pizzas are transported in our climate-controlled, insulated delivery vehicles
- A dedicated delivery specialist will set up your catering spread, including trays, plates, napkins, utensils, and condiments
- For large events (50+ guests), we may assign multiple delivery specialists to ensure timely and efficient setup
- We request a designated contact person to meet our delivery team at the specified location
- If no contact person is available, we will attempt to reach the primary contact by phone. If we cannot make contact within 15 minutes of the scheduled delivery window, a redelivery fee may apply
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation by the Client
- 72+ hours before delivery: Full refund of any deposits paid, no cancellation fee
- 48–72 hours before delivery: 25% cancellation fee based on total order value
- 24–48 hours before delivery: 50% cancellation fee based on total order value
- Less than 24 hours before delivery: 100% of order value is non-refundable, as ingredients will have been purchased and preparation may have begun
5.2 Cancellation by Us
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your order due to events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, supply chain disruptions, or equipment failure). In such cases:
- We will provide as much advance notice as possible
- We will offer to reschedule your order at no additional cost
- If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid
6. Rescheduling
We understand that corporate schedules change. You may reschedule your delivery free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the original delivery time may be subject to a $50.00 rescheduling fee.
7. Order Modifications
Modifications to confirmed orders (headcount changes, menu adjustments, dietary accommodations) are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Changes requested less than 48 hours in advance will be accommodated on a best-effort basis and may be subject to additional charges.
8. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every pizza we deliver. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at catering@imagesuniform.com or +1 (212) 555-0188. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial refund, credit toward a future order, or a replacement delivery.
9. Allergen Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Clients with severe allergies should discuss their specific requirements with our catering team before placing an order.
